TRIPOLI
JOSEPH ALLEN, Age 64 Philadelphia PA, passed away Monday March 6, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents Dominic Tripoli and Ruth Royer. Allen was a black belt, he had his own business teaching karate to his students in Atlanta, Georgia retiring after 35 years. Allen recently retired from Philadelphia Naval Yard as an engineer. Allen was an avid lover of the Three Stooges.
Allen is survived by his sibling's sisters Louise (Richard ) Ashcraft, Diana Tilghman and brothers Chuck Tripoli, John Royer. Also survived by nieces and nephews
The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to Tony Tropea and his wife, and his co-workers at the naval yard.
Services will be held privately at the family's convenience. Interment private.
