John F.   Oppmann
John F. Oppmann “Jack”, 73 of Delran peacefully on October 5, 2017.

He is the beloved husband of 50 years to Dorothy B. “Dottie” (nee Bevan); devoted father of Lisa DiGiovanni (Michael) and Lori Stilley (William); loving Pop-Pop of Brooke, Mikey, Kylie, Jack and Kayci; dear brother of Darlene; faithful master of his beagle, Sarah; also survived by many special nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Prior to disability, Jack was a Camden City Police Officer with the Strategic Relations K-9 Unit. A proud US Army veteran, he served during the Cuban Missile Crisis.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jack’s visitation 9:30-10:45 AM and Life Celebration Ceremony 11 AM Thursday in the Mount Laurel Home for Funerals, 212 Ark Road Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Military Honors & Interment, Brigadier General Doyle Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300 Marlton, NJ 08053, who offered Jack and his family extraordinary end of life care & support.
