I just received my Christmas Card returned and immediately grew concerned. I am so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. He was a wonderful man and neighbor. An especially faithful friend to my uncles on 13th street. Arthur “Otto” and John Massare. We stayed in contact every Christmas since my uncles died. I know they are enjoying each other’s company once again. Xo
