Obituary for Olga R Perlo

Olga R. Perlo (nee Iannarelli), passed away peacefully on January 30, 2018 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, surrounded by her beloved family. She was 91 years of age.

A fun lady with a good sense of humor, Olga loved life. As a young lady, she was a ticket taker at the Mastbaum Theater at 20th and Market, and always enjoyed reminiscing about time working there. Prior to retirement, Olga worked as a bookeeper for Central Penn Bank for close to 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with fellow members of the Saint Pio (Saint Richard) Seniors Group and enjoyed trying her luck at BINGO every Tuesday. Outings with her life long friends Connie and Sue to the movies, The Adelphia and other places were times were treasured by Olga. She, of course, loved spending times with her family, especially doting on and loving her grand, great and great great grandchildren.

She is the beloved wife of the late Anthony H; devoted mother of Bob Perlo (Kathy); Patty Fama (Frank) and Diane Camodeca (John); loving grandmother of Bob, Wendy, Anthony, Nick, Mary, Erica and Joey; great grandmother of 6 and 1 on the way, great-great grandmother of 1; she is predeceased by her 3 older brothers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Fri 7-9 PM and Sat 8:30-9:15 AM in the Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc. 2232-40 S. Broad St. (at Wolf). Funeral Mass 10 AM Sat in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 17th & Morris Sts., Phila., PA 19145 in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
