Condolence: This was my Cousin Tootsie who took me under his wing together with his Brother Hugo in their ornamental iron shop. I spent most of my 16th year helping out in the shop. They helped me perfect my skills at welding and taught me the ironwork assembly and installation. Toots taught me a lot about life, and the wisdom he imparted stood me in good stead in my future career in the military. A good-natured, sweet, down-to-earth guy, few like him. RIP Cousin
