Obituary for Paul Louis D'Ercole

Paul Louis D’Ercole – of Philadelphia, Passed on peacefully on January 8, 2018. He was 90 years of age.

Paul will be remembered as a family guy who was always good humored and sharing jokes with others. You would often hear him lovingly sing his favorite songs by Frank Sinatra, Jerry Vale and others.

Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Paul served his country in the US Army during WWII. He provided for his family working for ACME Markets for many years. Paul was a champ at Jeopardy!, loved cheering on the Phillies and Eagles and watching old movies. Paul was the happiest though when he was surrounded by his beloved family.

He was the beloved husband of the late Lucy (nee Zenone); devoted father of Patricia Morganti (Gus) and Diane Fassett (Bill); dear brother of Louis S. D’Ercole (the late, Rose); loving grandfather of Joel, Lonna, Michelle and Charles; great grandfather of 10 and great great grandfather of 3.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing 10 AM and Memorial Celebration 11 AM Tuesday in the Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc.; 2232-40 S. Broad St. (at Wolf Street), Philadelphia, PA. Interment Fernwood Cemetery, Yeadon, PA.
