Marie Borda passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 21, 2019, age 81 of South West Philadelphia. Marie grew up in South Philadelphia. She worked as a bank teller then a Homemaker. Family was everything to her.
Devoted wife of the late Frank Borda, cherished mother of the late Maria Guaracino, daughter of the late James and Nata Mirigliani. Sister of the late Anthony Mirigliani, Frank Mirigliani, Catherine "Dolly" Coccodrilli. Loving mother of Lisa M. (Mark) Cantwell, her son in law Joe Guaracino. Also survived by her grandchildren Olivia, James, Eric and many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Monday eve 6-8 P.M. and her funeral Tuesday 9-10 A.M. at Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc 2232-40 S. Broad St. Phila Pa 19145. Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 11th and Jackson Sts. Interment SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
