Josephine E. (nee Scairato), age 92, May 25, 2020
Beloved wife of the late Dominick A. Zirilli. Devoted mother of Joseph (Pat) Zirilli. Lawrence Zirilli, Janet Zirilli, Dominick (Lorraine) Zirilli, Stephen ( Carol) Zirilli, Paul Zirilli and the Late William Zirilli. Loving grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend to many.
Josephine's first love was to her family and friends and will be greatly missed. She insisted on feeding everyone who came into her home. Puzzles, playing scratch off lottery tickets, feeding the birds and playing Pokeno were some of her favorite things to do. Josephine also loved to work, up until almost the age of 90 when she retired from Aramark, working in the Money Room for Phillies and Eagles Games. South Philly through and through, a big supporter of the Police and Firefighters; and of course the Phillies and Eagles.
A social distancing viewing will be held on Friday Morning, May 29th , 9:30 to 10:45 A.M. at St. Richard’s Church, 18th and Pollock Streets, Philadelphia, PA. 19145 . Funeral Mass and burial private.
