JOHN T. Age 94 May 4, 2021
Beloved husband of the late Barbara (nee Douglas). Devoted father of Judy DeLaurentiis, Barbara (Michael) Franzone, Susan (Antonio) Cima, Joan (Anthony) Rocca and John (Madeline) DeLaurentiis.
Loving grandfather of Nadia, Savannah, Anthony, Steven, Antonio, Ava, John Michael and the late Michael Franzone. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

John was a U.S. Army Veteran and served our community as a police officer for 30 years. He supervised the Crisconi PAL Center at Broad and Jackson Streets for 14 years before retiring from the force in 1983. He was a coach and mentor for many children in our area and is remembered fondly by all of them.

John was a huge Phillies fan and worked security for the team. Retiring from the Phillies in 2008.

John enjoyed camping and fishing with his grandchildren. John was always ready with a helping hand for family, friends and neighbors. And is fondly known as "John the Cop".

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing and Funeral Tuesday morning 8:30 to 10:30 A.M. at Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc, 2232-40 S. Broad St. (at Wolf St.).
Funeral Mass to begin 11:00 A.M. at St. Monica Church, 17th and Ritner Sts.
Entombment Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the F.O.P. Survivors Fund, 11630 Caroline Road, Philadelphia, PA. 19154 in John's memory.
